Shifu (Master) Karl Hérard-Francois started his martial arts training at age 13 with the study of Karate. A few years later, he was introduced to the White Crane style. After ten years of arduous practice, he became an instructor in 2005. Mr. Hérard-Francois has won several free-fighting championships and regularly participates in demonstrations. In 2015, Mr. Hérard-François was certified a senior instructor. He is now in charge of the White Crane Kung Fu Academy - Flying Crane Fist™ - LaSalle.
